Seriously?? SERIOUSLY??

HOLY MOLY!!
We came home from church last night to find a family of BUFFALO in my front yard!! Oh wait, let me correct myself....Nathan said that they aren't a "family" but a "herd."
~~~
WHO CARES!!!
AND WHY ARE THEY IN MY FRONT YARD???????
~~~
Okay friends -- I can handle the neighbor's dog....maybe a goat, a cow or even a horse....but a bunch of BUFFALO???? Aren't they extinct?? :)
~~~
Someone asked me, what did you do? I said, I did what any sane women would do....I grabbed both kids and screamed "RUN!"
~~~
Nathan thought it was funny. Funny? One of those animals is the size of a TRACTOR and there are 12 of them in my front yard....FUNNY?? Not to mention the fact that my wonderful warrior dogs were hiding under our front deck! I told Nathan that they probably thought that those were cows on steroids! Ha!
~~~
Well, it appears that they live down the road and the owners should get them today. The picture above is not of our furry creatures that graced us with their presence last night -- but if they are there today when I get home -- I might get up enough nerve to shoot a pic from the front window...we'll see!
~~~
Anyway -- I know that I am behind on my blogging but I just had to share this one....unbelievable.
~~~
And if anyone is looking for a log home and 20 acres -- I know of one that might be for sale pretty soon! (Just kidding Nathan...)
Just when you think that the baby weight it gone...
Yep -- we're pregnant!!
"Baby B" #3 is due in March...however, given our history with preterm labor issues, we are shooting to make it until Valentine's Day! So before you scold me, yes -- we were told not to try again...therefore for the record, this was a HUGE surprise! However, it is my belief that the Lord is the one who decides when a life is or is not created -- and obviously He has a plan for this little one inside. So while we know the road ahead is scary, dangerous and most likely going to be very difficult - we are praising Him through it all. More on this to come soon!
And, once I can go an hour without puking -- I'll update the blog on some other important news: Our Appalachian Mountains Mission Trip, The Extension Update, 4th of July Pics, Mackinaw Vacation Pics and drum roll....Zachary Starting Kindergarten!! (And much more....)
Until then, we would appreciate any prayers you feel led to lift up on behalf of this new road we are about to head down...again.
