A Moment In Time: July
Alright -- so this post is a little out of order but it works. :) Here are my candid camera shots from July -- some of these are from the Michigan Vacation, and others are just so you can have glimpse into our world of boys.
Back to School Bash
On August 28th, we had our annual "Back to School Bash" with our church at Cedars of Lebanon State Park. The afternoon started out with the softball game for the kids, and then one for the adults (aka big kids). Eli, Tyler and I enjoyed watching most of the games from the shade -- and then we headed to the park. After the outside fun was had, we all headed inside for dinner and a service. After the service, we headed outside again and Eli was completely amused by a flying toy airplane that one of the men in our church brought. He is in love with planes right now and was so excited as it flew right past him over and over again. :) We love this event every year and know that our boys will love it even more as they grow older. One thing that Nathan and I have always said that we loved about our church family is that it is actually a "family." Here are some pics from the day.
