Nathan and I celebrated our 8th Anniversary while on vacation this year - so we decided to really celebrate it!! After the day on the island, Zachary and Eli went back to the cabins with Grammie and Peepaw and Nathan and I stayed the night on the island. We checked in at the Harbour View Inn -- which was beautiful -- and got ready for a night on the town!! At 5pm a horse drawn carriage picked us up outside the hotel and took us to the Grand Hotel on the island for our five course dinner, ballroom dancing and tons of live jazzy music. We had so much fun and it is definitely something that we will do again! Our room at the hotel was set in a beautiful Victorian setting and has a gorgeous balcony and harbor view! We missed the kids a lot but were thankful for the night away!

2010 Vacation: Happy 8 Years!
