A couple of weeks ago we decided to celebrate Zachary's scores on his spring Bench Mark testings...amazing scores again!! He usually picks a night at Chuck-E-Cheese but this time he wanted to visit the Zoo when Nathan could go with us. Nate hasn't been to the zoo since Zachary was three!! So last weekend we headed out -- and also got to see the famous Dino-Trek that they are having right now. It rained when we first got there but cleared up after about thirty minutes -- and then it felt like we had the zoo to ourselves!! We loved the dinosaurs, well -- almost all of us. Eli was pretty pumped about seeing them until we got to the third or fourth one -- then the "two-year-old thinking" set in and he got rather worried. After we got away from the TRex, Eli decided that he didn't want a dinosaur birthday this year! :) Don't worry, he has since changed his mind! Tyler fell asleep at some point -- though I am pretty sure it was close to around the time I took this picture!!
This was a fun shot to try and get. I couldn't get Eli or Tyler to stop looking at the TRex in order to snap a good shot! I guess they thought that he was a little too close! (I can't lie, he freaked me out at one point too!!)
