Friday night was the infamous date night, so Nathan and I took the little man to the Wilson County Fair. This year was more enjoyable with Zachary being older and also being able to ride on some rides. We started the evening with dinner, of course. There is nothing better than county fair food ~ sort of. ;) Then it was off to some rides...until Nathan saw a basketball goal and decided to give it a shot. We walked away with two UT animals that are bigger than Zachary, a UT basketball and another small animal. After Nathan took all of that to the car, because it really was ridiculous looking trying to carry it all and hold on to a three year old, it was off to the Ferris wheel. The story of the night goes on, but I am sure you can read it in the pictures. OCD Disclaimer though: because it was already dark out, some of the pics turned out fuzzy so keep that in mind...you know how I am about perfect pictures! :) Soccer starts this week, so tune back for more ~ until then, enjoy!

Of course Nathan talked him into the helicopter ride -- where parents can ride too. Oh, and the boy next to Zachary - just a kid at the fair!
My little boy is all grown up and riding ferris wheels by himself!
