So Zachary's first soccer practice was this week -- and I believe the title of this post says it best! Ha! We had a great time -- though I am not sure which was more amusing: watching my little one kick the ball around on his first real team or watching the coach trying to get a handful of three year olds to listen to him! Either way - the night was very memorable! All the kids were adorable too - if you look closely, their shorts end where the shin guards begin! The only time you see any "leg" at all is when they are running, so the "look" of them is priceless!
We got to the field early, so of coarse Nathan decided to have a "warm-up" with Zachary...
That went over great....

And here is Zachary's new friend, Owen. They picked flowers and threw sand at each other during practice drills! Ha - just kidding.
The group huddle at the end...I was so busy trying to get the perfect "hands-in" shot that I missed it when they all threw their arms and ended up on their bottoms! I love this age!!
Zachary has practice one night a week and one game a week from here on till November, so more pics are sure to come! Hope everyone is having a great September!

Seriously??? Kassidy stopped in the middle of her first soccer GAME to pick me a flower. Everyone else thought it was adorable... me, not so much at the time... now it makes me laugh! :) Enjoy soccer, it just doesn't get any better than the first season!
