81 Years Apart Never Looked So Good!

On December 27, 2004 -- our beautiful little Zachary decided to come and grace us with his prescence a few weeks early! And that day just happened to be my Grampa's birthday also. (Which is one of the main reasons that Zachary's middle name is Sheldon)
...
I had no idea on that day how much more I would love this little man five years down the road, but I am amazed at how much this little person has changed my life. Growing up, I always pictured having children one day, but never did I imagine how great being the mom to Zachary would be. I love him so much and I am so proud of him! Zachary is so caring, spontaneous, funny, full of energy and one of the best children that I have ever been around.
...
I found a quote shortly before Zachary arrived that I thought was pretty good, but now - it means so much more...it says:
...
"The night you were born I ceased being my father's child and became my child's father. That night, I began a new life."
...
I've loved and cherished every minute with Zachary so far, and I am so excited to see him change and grow into the man of God that the Lord has planned for his life. So, before I lose it and start balling like a baby -- here are some pics...
...
Zachary's party isn't for a few more weeks (in order to get away from the holiday rush) but we did celebrate Grampa and Zachary's birthdays at Demos for dinner that night. Zachary was able to pick his birthday dinner, as usual, but this year he decided on a steak dinner! :) He is his mother's child!!!
...
Here are the birthday boys...81 years apart never looked so good!

Nathan misunderstood the "smile" as "take another bite!"

Now that picture is PURE NATHAN!
