On November 4th, Zachary and I went with his first grade class to Lucky Ladd Farms in Murfreesboro. On this particular day, the weather man said that it would be sunny and warm! A perfect day for a field trip!! But, as it turned out it was in the low 50s, overcast and FREEZING!!! :) Despite the cold weather, we did have a lot of fun. We played, picked pumpkins, petted animals and went on a tractor ride, etc. And then, after Zachary and I left -- we headed over to the mall and spent some time shopping and just hanging out. We had a lot of fun and I am so thankful that I got to spend some one on one time with Zachary. Growing up in a large family, that is something that I promised myself that I would do with each one of my kids. Which is why I get to have a date night with each one of them once a month -- making memories that will last a lifetime!!!
