General Update: June

Well, living in a house full of boys sure does differ from what I grew up with...but I must say that it brings blessings every day! I love my children so much and couldn't be happier if I had a house full of girls. (Now, don't get me wrong, I still want one....I'm just praising my little men at the moment!) :) Each one of these three are so different, yet they all bless my heart continuously. Let's get to their updates...

Zachary finished up Kindergarten on June 4th and is loving his summer. And I am so thankful to have him home again too. I had a hard time with him being gone every day...I hated the thought of him spending more time away at school than with Mommy. But the Lord had it all under control. We were so blessed to have a wonderful teacher for him and I was reassured several times throughout the year by God that Zachary was doing alright. :) Well, over the month of June we hit up several old spots of ours...the pool, Books A Million, etc. And we have really enjoyed having big brother at home! Here are some updated shots of Zachary...mostly of what he took of himself! You know how much he likes the camera!

Eli is a ham! I love this little boy so much and he has been my right hand man since Zachary has been at school. If you read my posts often, you know that Eli had a hard time after Tyler was born. He basically shut me out completely and only wanted Nathan....which completely broke my heart. I mean, he wouldn't even let me change his diaper! It was pretty sad. But I am happy to report that the start of June marked a new chapter for us...and Eli and I are friends again! Yay! He is back to his old self of running up to me just to give me a hug, snuggling with me on the couch for no reason, laughing with me and wanting me to play with him. I am so thankful that I am getting to have special opportunities with Eli now...he's pretty cool! :)

And Sweet Baby T -- Tyler....wow. This child is an amazing baby. He really is such a good kid already! He loves to be snuggled and talked to, he loves to be held and played with...he is just tons of fun. Tyler is almost always smiling and usually if he is crying, you can fix the problem pretty quickly. While the other two at this age needed to be entertained a lot, Tyler is happy to just sit back and watch his older brothers carry on. He laughs at them all the time and they eat it up! Because honestly, who can resist those precious dimples?? It is a fun house these days!!

These first few pics are from his first introduction to baby food...as you can see, he didn't enjoy it too much!

Now before you freak out about the picture below...he CAN breathe! He loves having his little blanket over his nose and mouth when he falls asleep....it is precious!
