The Cutest Joseph Ever!

Who knew Jesus' dad looked so adorable??? The face of pure innocence in the picture above! Okay, well -- obviously my son is not Joseph -- but he did a great job pretending to be in his preschool Christmas play on Sunday night. All of the children did such a great job and only two refused to say their lines! And at three/four, that's totally acceptable. Zachary has been practicing his line for weeks - and we were so proud when he walked up to the microphone, pulled it down to his level and simply stated, "It's alright Mary, you can rest here." Gosh - the best little line in the world! (I guess I don't have to go in detail about the two crazy parents down front who cried throughout the whole thing!!) :) We were so proud of him!! And the neatest thing to me was that he knew exactly where to come in at in the play because he memorized everyone else's lines too! (Didn't Shirley Temple do that? We might have a star in the making here...) Anyway, apparently our son is the popular kid this season because he is Joseph in another play on Wednesday night, so I will post those pics up then. Until then, enjoy and remember -- this is the season to love and be happy for others...so don't let yourself get too jealous over our ABSOLUTELY ADORABLE little boy! :) Merry Christmas!

Joseph and Mary...aka Zachary and Ali

Here it is...his little moment of fame...he won the crowd with seven little words:

"It's alright Mary, you can rest here."

(sniff, sniff)

The Shining Star -- starring Bethany

The Three Wise Men: Owen, Shane and Brady

This is Bethany -- look out "Mary"

(Her Daddy didn't like this pic too much...I think its cute now...stress the emphasis on NOW!) :)
