Alright, so on Memorial Day we planted our garden...a little later than we had hoped, but still within a reasonable time frame. And if you remember last year, my very first garden was going great until we had a family of buffalo come along and trample it down!! So, the buffalo are GONE and we are going to try this again! We have planted corn, green beans, potatoes, squash, zucchini, red peppers, green peppers, tomatoes, cucumbers, watermelon and sunflowers!! Plus, my blackberries are starting to bloom with alot of berries this year (despite the lack of rain) so it looks like some homemade cobbler is in our near future!! The ground is incredibly dry but we are hoping to help it out in that area enough to see something!!
